About the Diablos
2008 will mark the Diablos third competitive season as a franchise. In their first two seasons, the Diablos have enjoyed great success. In their first season of competition, the women's team won the East Mid Atlantic Division before successfully defending their title in 2007. This season has seen the Diablos slip to 7-3-2 and third place in the division. 2007 saw the Diablos add a men's program to their franchise. After recruiting from top college programs in the Jersey Shore area, the Diablos enjoyed a successful inaugural season, finishing 2nd in the tough North East Division. This season has saw the Diablos, led by Head Coach Greg Ruttler, finish a disappointing 5th place in the Mid Atlantic Division with a record showing just two wins and five losses. Continuing their growth, the present season has saw the Diablos organization expand to include youth teams. Competing at every age group of the YPSL on both the girls and boys side of the program, the Diabols youth teams have been consistently strong. The U12Boys, U14Girls and U16Boys all head up their divisions; the U14Girls holding the best Goal record of the entire league having scored a total of 34 goals whilst conceding 15 to take their goal difference to +19 going into the final weekend of competition. AC Diablos are a part of the TeamDynamics organization. TeamDynamics was founded to provide youth soccer players with access to the highest level, most accomplished coaches in the Delaware Valley area and beyond, and is committed to player development.
